WEMADE (CEO: Kwan-ho Park) announced that its MMORPG, MIR M: Mogwang Ssangyong (MIR M：暮光双龙), will officially launch in China on January 13.

‘MIR M’ is a PC and mobile MMORPG built on WEMADE’s iconic IP, ‘Legend of Mir 2’, which achieved significant success in the Chinese market. While preserving the original game’s signature gameplay elements and core systems, ‘MIR M’ also introduces a wide range of new content reflecting the latest trends in the Chinese gaming market.

Notably, ‘MIR M’ will introduce an official partner program called ‘MIR Partners’. Designed to expand the influence of the MIR IP and build a user-driven participatory ecosystem, ‘MIR Partners’ allows users to become official partners and take part in game operations, promotion, and community activities. Participants will receive incentives and exclusive benefits based on their level of contribution and performance.

Through ‘MIR M’, WEMADE aims to carry forward the legacy of the MIR IP while delivering a differentiated MMORPG experience tailored specifically to the Chinese market.

Meanwhile, ‘Legend of Mir 2’ enjoyed massive popularity in China, recording a 65% market share in the PC online game market in 2004 and reaching 800,000 concurrent users in 2005. Backed by the MIR IP’s strong brand recognition and loyal fanbase, ‘MIR M’ is also drawing considerable attention from local players in China.
