ESG Committee

To support sustainable business management, WEMADE established the ESG Committee. The committee oversees and sets strategies and policies that guide the company’s environmental and social responsibilities, while also reinforcing a transparent governance structure aimed at long-term, sustainable growth. Supporting this effort are five ESG Working Groups, composed of responsible teams in each domain, which execute the specific initiatives outlined in the ESG Roadmap.

WEMADE has established three core ESG strategies in response to emerging sustainability trends. Guided by the central value of “sustainable growth and the creation of a future ecosystem through innovation-driven ESG management,” these strategies focus on reducing environmental impact, supporting future generations and ecosystem expansion, and building and maintaining responsible governance. Performance Management System

Wemade has established an ESG performance management system based on the PDCA cycle and considers ESG management throughout the business, while proactively identifying and carrying out supplementary tasks. Wemade will continue its efforts to ensure lasting effects and internalization of ESG management in Wemade.
