WEMADE (CEO: Kwan-ho Park) announced that it will host the global esports tournament ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’ for its flagship MMORPG, Legend of YMIR from February 28 to March 1, 2026, in Singapore. Global gaming lifestyle brand Razer will participate as the tournament’s official partner.
The ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’ marks the first global esports tournament for Legend of YMIR. Building on this event, WEMADE plans to expand the YMIR Cup into a large-scale league and further grow Legend of YMIR as a global esports IP.
Participants in ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’ will be selected through YMIR Cup Online League Matches, which will take place from December 26, 2025, to February 6, 2026. Selected players will be invited to compete on-site at Razer SEA Headquarters in Singapore.
The final winning team of the ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’ will receive various rewards, including the title of Global Championship Server. In addition, a special Legend Match will be held against the winning team of the ‘Legend of YMIR 2nd YMIR Cup’, which took place in Korea in November 2025. The match will feature Korea’s Champion Server Beowulf clans ranked 1st to 3rd: ‘King the Land’, ‘King the World’, and ‘Saekom’.
All participants will compete using Razer’s top-tier esports gear—including the Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro, Huntsman V3 Pro, and BlackShark V3 Pro—the same equipment trusted by professional esports players. These products are designed to support optimal performance with fast input response and ergonomic design.
Kisung Kim, Head of Division at WEMADE, stated, “Through the active participation in the Partner’s Server system and the intense competition showcased in server battles, we have seen the ‘Legend of YMIR’ community continue to grow steadily. We hope this momentum carries forward through the ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’, and together with Razer, we will create an environment where players from around the world can fully showcase their skills.”
All matches of the ‘YMIR Cup World Championship’ will be streamed live across major global platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook Gaming, and Bilibili.
