• Joint development of a global official in-game item trading platform

WEMADE (CEO : Kwan-ho Park) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Japan-based AI company Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd. (CEO : Francis Zhou) to collaborate on developing a next-generation in-game item trading platform.

Quantum Solutions specializes in advanced AI infrastructure, blockchain integration technologies, and digital asset management. The company focuses on building Asset-Backed Technology infrastructure that connects Real World Assets (RWA) with digital assets through AI–blockchain convergence. Recently, Quantum Solutions secured approximately USD 180 million in investments from global institutional investors, including ARK Invest, to accelerate the development of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.

Through this partnership, the two companies aim to establish a secure and transparent global environment for digital item trading, while advancing a user-driven game economy powered by the combination of blockchain and AI technologies.

As part of the agreement, WEMADE and Quantum Solutions will jointly develop a ‘Global Official Game Item Trading Platform’ that supports item trading for major WEMADE titles such as ‘Legend of YMIR’, ‘Night Crows’, and ‘MIR4’. All item trading data will be tokenized into RWA on the Ethereum network and securely managed on-chain in a tamper-proof manner.

The two companies will also collaborate on an AI-enabled item creation system that allows users to design new items based on WEMADE’s game IP and utilize them directly within the corresponding games.

WEMADE will continue to expand strategic partnerships and advance its technological capabilities to strengthen its leadership in the global blockchain gaming ecosystem.
