‘studioRASA’, founded in June by core team members behind the award-winning title <Lies of P>, sets sights on a new console title game development
Wemade secures global publishing rights and secondary investment option for the upcoming title <Project IL>
Strengthening console IP portfolio and accelerating global market expansion
Seoul, South Korea - WEMADE (CEO: Kwan-ho Park) today announced a KRW 10 billion (approximately USD 7.5 million) strategic investment in studioRASA (CEO: Chang Kyu Noh), a newly established console game developer.
Founded in June 2025, studioRASA brings together an elite team of industry veterans including CEO Chang Kyu Noh, Project Director Tae-yeon Kim, and Art Director Hyeon Kim, core developers of <Lies of P>, which won the Grand Award at the 2023 Korea Game Awards. The studio is currently developing its debut title, <Project IL>, with a global launch targeted for 2028.
The investment will be directed toward expanding the development team, building prototypes, and establishing art pipelines and resources to support full-scale production.
After evaluating studioRASA’s creativity, proven development expertise, and potential to succeed in the global market, WEMADE acquired a 25% equity stake. Through this partnership, WEMADE has also secured worldwide publishing rights for <Project IL> as well as rights to participate in future rounds of investment.

By adding studioRASA to its portfolio, WEMADE continues to strengthen its console IP lineup and reinforce its presence in the global gaming market.
