Wemade has signed a WEMIX PLAY onboarding agreement with XLGAMES (CEO Kwanho Choi), and the game to be onboarded to WEMIX PLAY will be determined after further discussions between the two companies.

XLGAMES was founded in 2003 by Jake Song, the legendary developer behind Lineage, a hugely popular medieval fantasy MMORPG franchise that was Korea's first Internet-based online game.  In 2023, XLGAMES launched its latest MMORPG, ArcheAge War, which topped the rankings in terms of sales in both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Most recently, Moon Sculptor: Dark Gamer, a MMORPG based on the IP of the original Legendary Moonlight Sculptor light novel, has been making strides in Korea and Taiwan. Currently, it is developing ArcheAge 2, an upcoming AAA game for PC and console platforms.

Since its founding, XLGAMES has continued to focus on the development of new innovations through the integration of blockchain technology and gaming. In addition to plans to onboard future games to the WEMIX PLAY platform, XL GAMES recently joined the 40 WONDERS, the Node Council Partners (NCPs) for the WEMIX3.0 mainnet. With its experience and expertise in combining games and blockchain, XLGAMES plans to contribute to the expansion of the WEMIX3.0 Mainnet and the gaming ecosystem.
