Henry Chang, CEO of Wemade, delivered a special lecture for Seoul National University (SNU) and KAIST students at Busan BEXCO on November 18.
Wemade invited 110 students from SNU’s blockchain club, Decipher, and SPARCS, computer programming club from KAIST, to G-STAR 2023. Students had a chance to look around G-STAR, play new games and attend the special lecture.
Henry Chang delivered a lecture on the topic of WEMIX3.0 Mega Ecosystem and about the present and future of the blockchain game industry. He also expressed his hope for many passionate and talented young students to have more interest in the blockchain industry that has unlimited potential growth.
Jong-suh Hwang, a SNU student that attended the lecture said “I spent a meaningful time visiting G-STAR thanks to Wemade. I was able to learn about the future of the game industry through the lecture.”
Meanwhile, Wemade is participating in G-STAR 2023 as a main sponsor and showcasing Wemade XR’s MMORPG, Legend of YMIR, and Fantastic4 Baseball, a baseball game developed by Round One Studio. Both games are scheduled to launch in 2024.
